The fact that Barack Obama is a Harvard educated lawyer and former professor of ConLaw could not be more relevant to this election. The notion that anyone who has managed to acquire an education and a degree of expertise is an elite who cannot be trusted to govern all us average folk is not only laughable, it’s fucking well CRY-ABLE.
We’ve seen what having an average Joe (faux average, but no brighter than McMumblefuck OR Palin) has wrought.
When I need my car fixed, I don’t roll up my sleeves. I don’t know shit about cars. I take it to a mechanic I trust.
When I need my house rewired I call an electrician. Plumber, engineer, physicist, biologist, economist…
